Gabriel Kaloo

Gabriel is a Computer Science graduate from Adelphi University, holding a Bachelor of Science with a specialization in Cybersecurity and Software Engineering. He currently serves as an Information Technology Specialist at SphereNY, delivering Level 1 and Level 2 corporate IT support and contributing to cybersecurity-focused projects at an enterprise level..

His experience spans both corporate and institutional environments. Prior to SphereNY, Gabriel served on Adelphi University's AV team as a Technical Support Specialist, where he maintained and troubleshot Crestron, Extron, and Liteware classroom systems, coordinated with external vendors on room builds, and mentored incoming Help Desk staff — building a well-rounded foundation in IT operations, client-facing support, and hands-on technical work.

Exposure to network engineering and cybersecurity further strengthens his ability to approach projects with technical depth and a security-first mindset.
